In addition to processing a number of member’s issues we worked on “Best Practices” within each company. Most of the meeting was sharing what works and doesn’t works in each of our member’s organizations.

November’s speaker/workshop session will be a “hands-on” session on how to use social media to improve the HR department. At the end of each session each member lists what they learned in the meeting and what they will apply in the next month.
