The main goal of the Group at the October meeting was to identify what we are doing right, what we need to add, and what we need to stop. In other words what would bring additional VALUE to each member of the Group. The exercise was facilitated by a Vistage Best Practice Chair and was successful.
During lunch, Houston Lane, presented an excellent presentation titled “Acquisition Basics: Unconventional Observations” about the four Ps for a successful acquisition. The presentation was concise and extremely helpful.
As usual, members of the Group had issues which we processed. It is amazing what happens when an issue is processed. A group of very smart people, with different perspectives and perceptions really helps the member with the issue make an informed decision.
Our November speaker/workshop session will be conducted by Philippe Ceson. The session will be a “hands-on” workshop on how to use social media today, and in the near future to make money with your business.
