- How do you measure the engagement of your workforce in relation to your leadership abilities? When performance is lacking, it is always a leadership issue or an employee issue?

Risk management is critical to every business. What are you doing to plan for catastrophes? How will you be able to continue operating when a catastrophe strikes? If you do have a risk management standard, when was it last reviewed and updated?
